Travel agents are passionate about helping others see the world and using our knowledge, skills and connections to make travel planning straightforward and stress-free. As adventurers who also love planning our own trips, we know that there are fewer things more precious than vacation time spent with family and friends!

When it comes to all things travel, we’ve got you covered! Google, AI programs, and the guy on the end of the 1-800 number at your local wholesale warehouse will not have this knowledge to help you on a personal level.

We understand that budget is at the top of your mind when it comes to your vacation. That’s why we are dedicated to helping people receive the best possible value—not just the best deal. I’ve seen articles from AI programs touting the best “budget-friendly resorts in Riviera Maya” yet many of these are on agents’ DNS. (That’s what we call our “Do Not Sell” list!)

3. Personalized Service
As travel agents, we don’t just provide answers. We ask plenty of questions too! I require a consultation with my clients so I can get to know you, your vacation style, and your preferences for your trip. My goal is for your trip to exceed your expectations, but if it doesn’t, I am available to assist you.

4. Customer Advocate
In the rare case that something doesn’t go as planned,  we will do what we can to resolve the problem. As travel agents, we work for you (not the travel supplier) so our main concern is always your unique needs. When my clients are traveling, I am available 24 hours per day and am just a phone call away. If there are concerns that need addressed post-travel, we will discuss that too.
